Leopard Tree House
R3,500 per night (base rate for 4 guests) Additional Guests: R250 per person per night (maximum 10 guests)
Paper Bark Cottage
R1,200 per night (base rate for 2 guests) Additional Guests: R250 per person per night (sleeps 4 - 6 guests)
Wild Fig Cottage
R1,500 per night (sleeps 2 guests)
Events Venue Rates
You are required to book all three units if you want to book the venue. It is to ensure that we do not book other guests who may disturb your event or conference. We want to ensure you a peaceful and private function.
R1,500 per day (for 20 guests).
If your group of guests exceed 20, we can make additional arrangements for you at a different rate.
Rosesands Mountain Lodge can accommodate 20 guests, but we can make additional arrangements for up to 36 guests depending on availability.

Terms & Conditions
- Rates are quoted per night and may change without prior notice.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure booking.
- Balance of payment is due before arrival.
- Check-in time: 14h00 | Check-out time: 10h00.
- Children are welcome; child rates may apply in certain cases.
- No smoking inside the accommodation units.
- No Pets are allowed.
- Indemnity forms must be signed and sent before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 1 month before check-in: 100% refunded.
- More than 2 weeks before check-in: 50% refunded.
- Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 0% refunded.
